Full Stack Developer

## About the role 3DISC is seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions that support our digital dentistry ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that impact dental professionals worldwide. ## Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications and software solutions. - Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks. - Develop and maintain scalable back-end services, APIs, and database architectures. - Collaborate with product and design teams to implement new features and enhancements. - Optimize application performance, security, and reliability. - Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards. - Troubleshoot software issues and implement effective solutions. - Contribute to software architecture decisions and technical planning. - Integrate cloud services and third-party APIs as needed. - Maintain technical documentation and development best practices. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Experience developing back-end applications using Node.js, Python, Java, or C#. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. - Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of Git version control and Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience with healthcare, medical technology, SaaS, or dental software products. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Understanding of security best practices and application compliance standards. - Experience building scalable cloud-native applications. ## What we offer - Fully remote work environment - Flexible work schedule - Competitive compensation package - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off and company holidays - Professional development and training opportunities - Collaborative and innovative team culture - Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding technology company ## About the company 3DISC is a company focused on supporting the digital dentistry ecosystem. ## Compensation Salary Range: $100,000 – $145,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
