## About the Role Spacenos Habitat Lab is building a futuristic residential design system. You'll work directly with the founder to design a real modern home end-to-end — from concept → planning → interiors → 3D renders → service layouts. This is not a coffee-fetching internship. You'll get a full real house as your portfolio masterpiece. ## Responsibilities ### Architectural Planning - Generate 2–3 layout options based on plot shape (skewed/irregular) - Optimize for vastu, ventilation, light, privacy, and structural logic - Produce final 2D CAD plan with room sizes & annotations ### 3D Design & Visualization - Build 3D massing models - Exterior elevation concepts - Day/Night rendered visuals - Produce walkthrough (if skilled) ### Interior Design Development - Room-wise interior concepts - Material palette - Color theory + theme selection - Lighting plans - False ceiling concepts - Furniture layout ### Services Planning - (No certification needed — conceptual level only) - Electrical layout (switchboards, lighting, AC, CCTV) - Plumbing layout (kitchen, toilets, utilities) - Basic MEP coordination (avoid clashes) ### Documentation - Produce a final "Design Booklet" PDF - Renders + plans + palettes + BOQ (approx) - File handover in source format (AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp) ## Required Skills - AutoCAD - SketchUp or Revit - Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape - Photoshop (basic) - Understanding of vastu basics (optional but preferred) - Strong sense of interiors, materials & lighting ## Why Join? - You'll design an entire house end-to-end - You get a flagship portfolio project - You work directly with a founder (fast decisions, high learning) - Zero bureaucracy - Real impact — your design will be built
