## About the role We have already built a functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP). We are looking for a highly talented, autonomous, and entrepreneurial Lead Full-Stack Developer to join us right at the launchpad. You won't just be maintaining code; you will take full ownership of the product architecture, stabilize the platform, implement core payment/security integrations, and prepare the tech stack for massive scale. For the right candidate, this role has a clear track to evolve into a CTO position as the company grows post-funding. ## Responsibilities - Own the Product: Take our existing MVP, optimize its architecture, and scale it into a rock-solid production-ready application. - Feature Delivery: Implement critical features across our 6 core verticals. - Integrations: Own backend integrations with local and international APIs (payment gateways like CMI, mapping tools, local booking engines). - Quality & Performance: Set up strict testing and deployment pipelines to ensure a zero-bug, and high-performance user experience. ## Requirements - React Native / Expo Expert: Proven track record of shipping high-performance hybrid mobile apps. - Full-Stack Mindset: Strong backend capabilities with Node.js and relational databases (PostgreSQL). - Startup-Ready & Pragmatic: You understand the balance between clean architecture and speed-to-market. - Language Skills: Fluent in French (our daily working language). Professional English proficiency is required for technical documentation and third-party integrations. ## Nice to have - A cover letter is strictly required for this position.
