Coordinate safety, crisis, and business continuity processes for the Southeast Corridor Directorate; Lead the deployment of company safety strategy and risk management programs; Coordinate the development and governance of Emergency Response Plans and Business Continuity Plans; Manage safety and risk performance indicators and propose improvement actions; Present executive materials and reports to the Board and Executive Committees; Promote process standardization and continuous improvement; Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risks; Coordinate digital transformation and process automation initiatives; Lead a multidisciplinary team of administrative assistants, analysts, and safety engineers; Conduct periodic site visits to operations to monitor safety processes and support local leadership.
