## About the role We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Full-Stack Developer with extensive experience in PHP and Laravel to join our development team. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and optimize dynamic, scalable web applications for both startups and enterprise clients. You will play a critical role in modernizing legacy systems, building high-performance APIs, and ensuring seamless front-end integration. ## Responsibilities - Core Development: Maintain and develop scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel. - System Modernization: Refactor and modernize legacy codebases into modular, scalable architectures. - Front-End Integration: Build responsive, mobile-first user interfaces integrated seamlessly with RESTful APIs using React and jQuery. - Database Optimization: Design database schemas using ORM tools and optimize query performance through strategic indexing. - Collaboration & Quality: Work within Agile teams, participate in regular code reviews, and collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Performance Tuning: Conduct website maintenance, performance audits, and manage SEO/analytics integrations. ## Requirements & Qualifications - Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development. - Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency in PHP and frameworks like Laravel, with additional experience in Symfony or CakePHP being a significant advantage. - Front-End Skills: Solid expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React, and jQuery. - Data Management: Direct experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. - Tools & Best Practices: Proficient with Git version control, REST API design, cross-browser compatibility, and CI/CD workflows. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. ## What we offer Ship code that matters.
