Our data scientists help companies build and improve production AI systems — not just research experiments. ## What You'll Do - Build and improve AI-native products and data-driven systems - Work hands-on with LLMs, structured/unstructured data, APIs, and modern ML workflows - Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-powered features - Analyze, evaluate, and improve model outputs and system reliability - Work closely with engineers, product teams, and founders in fast-moving startup environments - Use tools like Claude, Cursor, notebooks, copilots, and AI-assisted workflows daily - Help shape data pipelines, evaluation systems, experimentation workflows, and production AI features - Contribute to AI-powered products across fintech, biotech, infrastructure, and next-generation startups ## What We're Looking For - 3+ years working in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Analytics, or related technical roles - Strong Python skills and comfort working with modern data/ML tooling - Experience working with production data systems, AI workflows, or model-driven applications - Comfortable handling ambiguity and building in fast-moving startup environments - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset - Experience evaluating model quality, experimentation, or AI outputs - Already experimenting with or deploying AI-powered workflows or products - Energized by AI and actively using AI tools in your workflow - Autonomous, detail-oriented, and highly resourceful ## Work Setup - Fully remote - Flexible engagement: part-time, project-based, or side gig - Flexible schedules with some US time overlap ## What Makes FutureProofing Different - We train in applied AI when needed (LLMs, evaluation systems, AI workflows, real MVP velocity) - We cover 100% of the training cost - We match intentionally, not through keyword filtering - We embed talent directly into startup teams - We focus on output, ownership, and execution speed - Builder-first model — we optimize for people creating real impact, not for volume - Continuous learning path with optional certifications aligned to your growth You're not competing with thousands of applicants.
