## About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Red Teamer who thrives in real-world offensive security environments and can think like an attacker. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in penetration testing, adversary simulation, post-exploitation, and advanced attack techniques across enterprise environments.
You will work on identifying security gaps, simulating sophisticated attacks, and helping strengthen organizational security posture through advanced offensive security operations.
## Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced network and application penetration testing
- Conduct red team engagements, adversary simulations, and attack emulation exercises
- Execute privilege escalation, lateral movement, persistence, and post-exploitation activities
- Develop and customize offensive security tools, scripts, and exploits
- Work with C2 frameworks and advanced exploitation chains
- Identify security weaknesses across infrastructure, cloud, endpoints, and enterprise networks
- Collaborate with blue teams to improve detection and response capabilities
- Prepare technical reports with actionable remediation recommendations
- Stay updated with emerging attack vectors, TTPs, and threat landscapes
## Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on offensive security or red teaming experience
Strong expertise in:
- Network Penetration Testing
- Privilege Escalation
- Lateral Movement
- Post-Exploitation Techniques
- Active Directory Attacks
- Web & Infrastructure Exploitation
- Hands-on experience with C2 frameworks such as Cobalt Strike, Sliver, Mythic, or similar
- Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, C/C++)
- Ability to write custom exploits and offensive tooling
- Deep understanding of Windows/Linux internals and enterprise attack paths
- Experience with stealth techniques, evasion methods, and persistence mechanisms
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
## Good to Have
- Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GPEN, CRTO, OSEP, or equivalent
- Experience in cloud security testing (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Exposure to malware analysis or reverse engineering
- Purple teaming experience
