Senior Technology Analyst

## About the role - Analyze end‑to‑end business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital enablement. - Design functional and technical solutions in alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standards. - Support solution architecture definition, including integrations, data flows, and system dependencies. - Work closely with development, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity teams during solution implementation. - Support technology initiatives across the full lifecycle: ideation, feasibility, design, build, test, deployment, and stabilization. - Prepare effort estimates, timelines, and solution roadmaps for new demands and improvement initiatives. - Contribute to agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews) or traditional project governance as applicable. - Ensure proper documentation of requirements, designs, interfaces, and operational procedures. - Support knowledge transfer to support teams and business users. - Support change management activities, training, and solution adoption. - Responsible for 5S and housekeeping of the area. - Assists in determining schedule and budget requirements. - Supports scopes, budgets and schedules for assignments. - Design and conduct experiments and analyze and interpret data. - Be responsible for conducting as well as owner of the RCAs. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. - 3 - 6 years of experience in project management. - Fluent English and Portuguese (written and spoken), French is a plus. - Experience working with global or multicultural teams is highly desirable. - Solid experience in large, complex, and enterprise‑scale environments. - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
