The goal is to bring in someone who wants meaningful ownership and long-term involvement in building a large-scale entertainment and technology platform from an early stage. ## What We Offer Equity is available and depends on: - Experience - Long-term involvement - Technical contribution - Level of ownership and responsibility Vesting structure and equity details would be discussed directly with serious candidates. ## About the Company IMPORTANT: PRE-FUNDING / EQUITY-BASED FOUNDING ROLE To be fully transparent, Univaens is currently a bootstrapped, pre-funding startup. At this stage, compensation is equity-based. We are looking for a founding-level engineer who is interested in helping build the company during its early stages while we continue platform development and prepare for fundraising. Based on the current plan, the expected full-time compensation range would likely fall between $50,000 and $110,000 annually, depending on the company's stage, responsibilities, market conditions, and the individual's role within the team. Any future salary discussions would take place after a successful funding round and would depend on the company's stage, responsibilities, and market conditions at that time. The platform already exists as a functioning MVP and is actively being improved. Our current focus is strengthening the technical foundation, improving scalability, preparing for future investor conversations, and building the infrastructure required for long-term growth. ## What We're Looking For We're looking for a strong engineer who enjoys building ambitious products from an early stage and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment. ## Ideal Background - Strong full-stack engineering experience - Experience building scalable frontend and backend systems - Comfortable working across APIs, frontend architecture, backend logic, databases, and infrastructure - Startup or early-stage product experience - Strong problem-solving mindset - Ability to move quickly while maintaining code quality - Interest in interactive platforms, entertainment, gaming, or digital ecosystems ## Preferred Stack - React - Next.js - Node.js - TypeScript - REST APIs - Cloud Infrastructure
