## Responsibilities
- Produce captivating AI-generated and 2D/3D video assets, including social media reels and ad creatives.
- Leverage advanced AI video tools to accelerate production timelines while maintaining premium visual standards.
- Handle end-to-end post-production: seamless cuts, audio syncing, engaging transitions, and polished motion graphics.
- Deliver on a high-volume schedule (roughly 7-8 short-form videos daily) and implement same-day feedback efficiently.
- Apply "retention-based editing" strategies to maximize ad performance and audience engagement for our clients.
## Requirements
- **Daytime Availability**: You must be available and highly responsive during standard daytime working hours for real-time collaboration and rapid iterations.
- **AI Mastery**: Proven practical experience with platforms such as Runway, Veo, HeyGen, Grok, and ElevenLabs.
- **Creative Intuition**: Exceptional understanding of narrative pacing, storytelling, and the elements required to create "scroll-stopping" content.
- **Adaptability**: Capable of managing diverse styles, including 2D/3D animations tailored for performance marketing or kids' content.
- **Dependability**: Ability to consistently hit tight deadlines within a fast-moving, high-output workflow.
