## About the Role We are building a regulated Web4 capital market. We are deploying an institutional-grade crypto trading platform (Spot, Perps, Tokenized Securities) engineered for massive scale, deep liquidity, and absolute system integrity. We are currently assembling our physical core architectural board for a strict 70-day launch sequence. We are seating the Head of Payments & OMS Architecture. The Mandate: You own the fiat/crypto gateway and the liquidity integration code. You are responsible for ensuring that capital moves flawlessly between external banking/payment providers, prime-of-prime liquidity bridges, and our internal matching engine. If the matching engine is the brain, you are the arteries. ## Responsibilities - Own the fiat/crypto gateway and the liquidity integration code. - Ensure that capital moves flawlessly between external banking/payment providers, prime-of-prime liquidity bridges, and our internal matching engine. ## Requirements - You have built Order Management Systems (OMS) or complex payment/liquidity routing architectures before. - You understand FIX protocol, REST/WebSocket bridging, and institutional liquidity mechanics. - You know exactly what happens to a system when a prime broker rejects a fill, a fiat wire fails mid-settlement, or an API gateway throttles your flow. - You write highly concurrent, idempotent, and battle-tested code. ## The Reality (Read Carefully Before Applying) - We are fully funded, but we operate on a strictly fenced fiat runway to protect our launch sequence. - Location: Istanbul, Turkey. You must physically relocate/deploy here for the launch sequence. We do not do remote core architecture. - Base Capital: Strictly capped at. We do not pay legacy corporate tech salaries during the build phase. - Equity & Tokens: Zero. - The Upside: Your compensation is tied directly to the engine you build. As the platform goes live and crosses specific profit milestones, you receive a direct, uncapped profit-share cut of the volume. You eat what you kill.
