## About the role Full-Stack Engineer — Cibus ## The product Cibus is software used daily by nutritionists in clinics: - scheduling - patient records - anamnesis - meal plans - document signing - STS invoicing - PDF generation - AI chat - voice mode - RAG over each nutritionist's library Real production software with 1,000+ patient practices on it. ## The role Ship full-stack features across the app and the AI layer. Cibus is built on one thesis: the nutritionist becomes the director of an AI that executes. The same applies to how you work — you direct AI, review its output, and shape the systems it runs inside. ## What we need - Fluent with AI coding tools. Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent — used daily as your primary way of working. You know when to hand off a whole task to an agent and when to dive in yourself. You can design tools (Anthropic SDK style) with tight schemas and clear returns. - Reviewer mindset. You direct, review, and shape. If you still see your job as typing code, this won't fit. - Solid engineering fundamentals. TypeScript, Next.js App Router, Prisma + Postgres, Vercel. You read fast, ship fast, test the UI manually before claiming done. - AI stack specifics. Anthropic SDK (tool use, streaming, prompt caching), OpenAI Realtime, RAG done simply.
