Founding Full Stack Engineer

## About the role This is not a normal engineering role. This is an **Equity First** position in a startup which has already built most front-end and 25% of back-end. You will help architect and build what could become: the operating system for invention commercialization. You'll work directly with the Founder/CEO on: - platform architecture - frontend systems - backend infrastructure - AI integrations - scalability - product design decisions - commercialization workflows - network infrastructure You will have enormous influence over: - product direction - technical stack - company culture - and long-term platform architecture. This is currently: - equity-first until funding/profitability. We want someone who: - believes in the vision - wants meaningful ownership - and understands early-stage startup reality. As funding and revenue scale, this role transitions into a compensated founding leadership position. This is a high-upside founding opportunity — not freelance contract work. You should be strong in most of the following: ## Frontend - React - Next.js - TypeScript - modern UI/UX systems ## Backend - Node.js - APIs - databases - authentication systems - cloud infrastructure ## AI / Systems - OpenAI APIs - prompt orchestration - embeddings/vector systems - structured AI workflows ## Bonus - marketplace systems - social/network architecture - search/discovery systems - recommendation engines - startup experience - obsession with product quality AI is about to massively increase invention and patent creation. The bottleneck is shifting from: - creating ideas → commercializing them. We believe the next major infrastructure layer is: - making invention understandable, visible, and economically actionable.
