Transform medical diagnoses and procedures into designated alphanumerical codes; ensure daily coding volumes are turned around accurately within specified Turnaround Time; check input volumes allotted by Team Lead; code reports as per client and coding guidelines; interact with Team Lead for feedback; meet monthly targets with above 95% accuracy; attend Weekly QA/Team meetings; report security incidents.
