Analyze nonconformances in metallic and composite structures, systems installations, motors, batteries, and mechanical assemblies; Review engineering documentation and Nonconformance Reports to determine engineering disposition; Collaborate with Design, Stress, M&P, EMI and other engineering departments for complex deviations; Develop and validate standard repair procedures; Represent MRB Engineering in Material Review Boards (MRBs) and ensure timely resolution of nonconformances; Provide technical consultation and drawing interpretation to manufacturing facility and external vendors; Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes in collaboration with Quality and Production teams
