Alongside modern QA services, we are actively building AI-powered platforms and autonomous workflows that combine LLMs, automation, and real-world integrations. ## Role Overview We are looking for an innovative and hands-on Agentic AI Engineer (Dev/QA) to help design and build intelligent AI systems capable of reasoning, decision-making, and autonomous task execution. This role involves working with Large Language Models (LLMs), orchestration frameworks, APIs, automation systems, and backend services to create practical AI-driven workflows and agents. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, development experience, and an interest in building scalable AI products from the ground up. ## Key Responsibilities - Design and develop agentic AI workflows and autonomous systems - Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, tools, and external systems - Build AI agents capable of task execution, reasoning, and workflow automation - Develop and test AI-driven applications for reliability, scalability, and accuracy - Work with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar tools - Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to validate AI behavior and performance - Improve prompt engineering, response quality, and system efficiency - Debug, monitor, and optimize AI workflows and backend integrations - Contribute to automation and testing strategies for AI systems ## Required Skills & Experience - 2+ years of experience in software development, AI engineering, automation, or related fields - Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar - Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript - Experience working with APIs, backend systems, and automation workflows - Understanding of prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and workflow automation - Familiarity with databases, REST APIs, and cloud-based systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Good communication and collaboration skills ## Nice to Have - Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures - Knowledge of AI evaluation/testing frameworks - Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms - Exposure to AI agents, multi-agent systems, or autonomous workflows - Experience in QA automation or testing AI systems ## What We Offer - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI systems and autonomous workflows - High ownership and exposure to real-world AI product development - Collaborative and innovation-driven environment - Career growth in AI engineering, automation, and intelligent systems - Flexible and fast-paced startup culture ## Why Join BestQ?
