## About the role At luupli, we are dedicated to transforming how people connect and share experiences. We are currently looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and functionality of our innovative social media application across both Android and iOS platforms. ## Key Responsibilities - Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases for our mobile applications to ensure the highest standards of quality. - Perform hands-on testing of our social media applications on Android and iOS devices, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing. - Document software defects in the issue tracking system and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution. - Work closely with the development and design teams to understand product requirements and create test strategies that align with these goals. - Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems. - Analyse test results, prepare test reports, and present testing metrics to project stakeholders. - Help facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with beta testers and gather feedback to improve product quality. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual testing of mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms. - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA methodologies. - Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to isolate issues in complex environments. - Experience with mobile testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCTest) is a plus. ## Desired Skills - Knowledge of accessibility and localization testing. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality user experience.
