Coordinate and troubleshoot daily line issues such as disposition of line deviations and engineering job submissions; Manage wafer shipment logistics between fabs for technology transfer and yield learning; Extract, analyze, and summarize data from SWR and Conversion experiments to make recommendations to engineering; Monitor key inline/probe/final parametric indices for deviations and trigger first level of investigations; Support process flow setup activities for production and short loop flow; Assist in inline inspection and coordinate non-routine metro/RDA inspection on R&D experiments.
