Responsibilities
Define and translate process, equipment, and automation requirements in partnership with Manufacturing, Process, Equipment, and IT teams. Develop and review automation system requirements, including tool automation, AMHS, stockers, and ASRS interfaces. Support system change management, including UAT, issue resolution, and production deployment. Establish and maintain automation and integration standards for tools, layouts, WIP carriers, and safety compliance. Lead or support AMHS and automation integration, acting as a key interface to solution providers. Collaborate with vendors to align technology roadmaps and drive innovation that improves cycle time, quality, and productivity. Track automation performance metrics, ROI and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
