- Strong foundation in statistical analysis and study design
- Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language (R, SAS, or Python)
- Experience working with large-scale health or clinical datasets
- Ability to simplify complex data into clear, decision-ready insights
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
## Nice to Have
- Experience in infectious disease or chronic disease epidemiology
- Familiarity with machine learning or advanced predictive modeling
