## About the role Corporate training has been broken for a long time. Death by PowerPoint. Forgettable LMS platforms. Content that feels like it was made in 2009. Leern.io is changing that. We're building the only corporate streaming platform that actually feels like something you'd choose to watch — think Netflix meets ElevenLabs, designed specifically for enterprise learning. Our foundation Leern is built on 8 years of high-end corporate training experience through Virtio.io, where we've worked with Denmark's largest enterprises. We know what works — and we know what needs to be reinvented. Now we're merging that expertise with the media habits people already have, creating learning content that actually fits how people consume information today. What you'll be doing We're building Leern 2.0 — a full platform rebuild with new UX and a packed roadmap focused on AI content production and AI-powered knowledge delivery. This isn't a maintenance role. You'll be laying the technical foundation of what we believe will become the definitive AI corporate training platform. - Drive fullstack development across the entire Leern platform - Own the technical strategy and help shape the roadmap sprint by sprint - Build and integrate AI capabilities — content production, knowledge systems, and beyond - Be the technical decision-maker — you'll have real ownership here - Think creatively about what's possible — we want someone who brings ideas, not just executes them ## What we're looking for - Solid fullstack experience — you're comfortable owning both ends - Hands-on experience with AI — building with LLMs, APIs, or AI-driven workflows - Self-driven — you don't wait to be told what to build next - Strong product sense — you care about how things feel, not just how they work - Able to think strategically about architecture, not just ship features ## How we work Remote is absolutely fine — we trust people to get things done. That said, we believe in getting in the same room for workshops, planning, and the occasional whiteboard session. Expect to meet up physically a handful of times throughout the year.
