## About the Role You are the architect and conductor of the SCARCE Orchestra — the production-grade multi-agent intelligence system that turns fragmented data, regulatory constraints, and market signals into coordinated, autonomous action. You will own the design, evolution, and reliability of the shared memory layer, agent coordination protocols, conflict resolution mechanisms, global objective optimization, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths that make the Orchestra function as a single, self-improving intelligence system. ## The Mission We are building the central nervous system for tokenized ultra-luxury real estate. SCARCE Labs is creating the world's most advanced multi-agent AI orchestration layer — the SCARCE Orchestra — for real-world asset tokenization and intelligent portfolio management. Your agents will conduct intelligence across the most exclusive assets on earth, influencing how the world's wealthiest families and institutions allocate capital into trophy real estate. ## Key Responsibilities - Design and evolve the core multi-agent architecture: specialized agents with bounded responsibilities, shared memory, structured audit logs, role-based permissions, secure tool execution, and measurable evaluation loops. - Build production-grade orchestration infrastructure beyond LangChain wrappers — custom coordination layers, dynamic task adjustment, conflict resolution, and self-correcting agent networks. - Integrate on-chain signals (ERC-1400/3643, tZERO/Securitize rails, USDC yield, Master/Series tokens) with off-chain intelligence for real-time portfolio sync, scarcity indexing, and yield optimization. - Establish regulatory-grade auditability, compliance guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls that satisfy institutional investors, auditors, and regulators. - Lead a small, elite team of agentic engineers and researchers; shape the engineering culture around reliability, observability, and elegant system design. - Partner with the CTO and founding team to define the technical vision, roadmap, and defensibility moats (proprietary data, domain-specific models, network effects). ## Who We're Looking For You are not building another LLM wrapper. You are building the production-grade central nervous system for high-stakes, tokenized private markets.
