Responsibilities
Lead the complete development lifecycle including predevelopment, design, construction, commissioning, and turnover. Represent the Design and Construction function in cross-functional initiatives. Support project feasibility activities including market analysis, site selection, and financial reviews. Lead and coordinate the design process through all phases. Lead and supervise contract negotiations with architects, engineers, and contractors. Manage project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and delivery across multiple regions. Ensure projects remain on schedule and within approved budgets. Provide construction and project management oversight throughout all phases. Coordinate project turnover to Operations including training and warranty management. Identify and prioritize high-risk project matters.
