Full Stack (Senior Software Engineer)

## About the role Ancilar is looking for a full stack (senior software engineer) with strong frontend and backend capabilities to build scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires end-to-end ownership of development, along with experience working on AI-driven solutions and modern, fast-paced coding environments. ## Responsibilities - Build and maintain both frontend and backend systems - Write clean, scalable, and well-structured code - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design and development - Debug issues and optimize application performance - Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions ## Requirements ### Core Technical Skills (Must-Have) - Strong expertise in frontend development using React.js - Backend experience with Node.js, MERN stack, Rust, and Golang - Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript across the stack - Experience designing and building RESTful APIs ### Additional Technical Skills - Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL - State management: Redux or Context API - Version control: Git (GitHub or GitLab) - Basic cloud exposure: AWS, GCP, or Azure - Familiarity with Docker and deployment workflows - Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices - Experience with AI tools, integrations, and AI-assisted development ## What we offer ## About the company
