Lead Mobile Developer (Founding Engineer Role) - MVP Stage

## About the role We are building a hyperlocal B2B/B2C marketplace aimed at redefining local commerce. We have the roadmap and a clear vision; now we need a high-velocity Lead Developer to own the technical execution of our MVP. This is an individual contributor role for a "Hacker" who wants to build from zero to one. You won't just be coding; you'll be architecting the product, managing the backend, and influencing the future roadmap of the company. ## Responsibilities - Full MVP Ownership: Architect and build the mobile app from scratch using Flutter or React Native. - Backend & Data: Implement Firebase for real-time syncing, authentication, and secure data layers. - Critical Integrations: Lead the integration of Aadhaar-based KYC and seamless payment gateways. - Hyperlocal Logic: Solve complex geo-fencing, real-time tracking, and local matching challenges. - Fast Iteration: Deploy and refine the product based on feedback from our first 100 users. ## Requirements (Expert Student/Fresher) - Zero-to-One Mindset: You've built and deployed at least one functional app independently. - Tech Mastery: Deep proficiency in Flutter/React Native and the Firebase suite. - Founder's Spirit: You find solutions without needing a manual. You are comfortable with ambiguity and move fast. - Portfolio: Active GitHub with projects demonstrating clean code and scalable UI/UX. ## Compensation - Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000 - ₹45,000 (Based on skill and performance). - Founding Team Path: High-performing MVP leads directly to a permanent Lead role with equity options post-funding.
