Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT infrastructure across on-premises and Azure cloud environments; Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all infrastructure and services; Manage and optimize cloud and on-prem environments including VMs, networking, storage, and policies; Administer and monitor Linux and Windows servers, databases, and CI/CD systems; Oversee security controls, IAM, and compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR; Maintain disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup strategies; Implement DevOps and SRE practices to drive operational efficiency and scalability; Lead cloud cost optimization, automation projects, and resource efficiency initiatives; Manage monitoring and alerting systems; Work closely with developers to support microservices environments; Own IT operations policies, processes, and ITIL-aligned service management practices
