As the only mail-in fertility test with peer-reviewed validation data, we partner with more than 3,000 urology and fertility clinics, and have processed 300,000 patient samples to date in our CLIA-certified lab. ## About the Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who can align business goals with software and user experience to drive scalable growth. You'll help shape product direction, elevate features and experiences, and ensure that everything we build reflects both clinical credibility and consumer-grade usability. This is a high-impact, strategic role. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Support teams to define and deliver intuitive, compliant, and high-quality experiences in a regulated healthcare environment, all while balancing rapid MVP execution with long-term system health. ## Responsibilities ### Discover, Validate, and Lead - Act as a thought partner with commercial, customer support, and engineering teams to identify high-impact product improvement opportunities - Leverage analytics, systems knowledge, and user research to identify root problems and their solutions and to place them within the context of a cohesive product system - Proactively propose improvements and automations that increase efficiency, reliability, and revenue impact - Act as a voice of the end-user (patients, clinical) to help prioritize work that will drive utility, satisfaction, and stickiness - Lead design across Fellow's digital product digital ecosystem, including patient- and clinician-facing workflows (ordering, onboarding, results) and internal tools supporting lab and operations teams ### Execute Strategically - Outline, document, and track engineering work to deliver on-time and on-target product features and improvements - Balance patient needs, clinical constraints, and business goals in all product decisions - Define and ship right-sized MVPs that solve immediate problems while balancing speed with scalability - Communicate rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, including leadership - Scope and build with measurable outcomes in mind (conversion, engagement, retention, operational efficiency) ## Requirements ### Experience & Skills - 5–8 years of product design and/or management experience, ideally in consumer-facing digital products within complex or heavily regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, fintech, insurance) - Comfort with balancing speed and quality in a dynamic, fast-growing company - Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams to react to commercial needs while effectively managing backlogs - Experience with AI coding agents and AI-powered execution - Strong experience writing tickets and user stories - Strong interaction and visual design knowledge (layout, hierarchy, accessibility, usability) ### Mindset & Approach - Customer-obsessed: You are driven to solve real problems for patients and users - Data-driven systems thinker: You thrive on complexity and use all the tools at your disposal to make sense of ambiguity - Clear communicator: You're direct and succinct, and like making things simpler for others. You explain the "why," "how," and "when" as clearly as possible - Bias toward action: You ship, iterate, and improve continuously - Ownership mentality: You take initiative and improve upon the ideas of others - Can operate at multiple altitudes: Strategic (why this matters). Tactical (what we build this quarter). Nitty gritty (how the pieces fit together) - Natural leader: You influence by showing what's possible, and you know how to bring others along ## Nice to Have - Experience in digital health, diagnostics, or telehealth - Familiarity with designing for HIPAA-compliant or regulated workflows - Product design background working on end-to-end patient journeys or clinical workflows - Comfort using AI tools to accelerate design workflows (research, prototyping, content)
