## About the role We, at Santa Browser (www.santabrowser.com) are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer (Android/iOS) with a strong background in building high-performance, scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mobile development and a deep understanding of performance optimization, system architecture, and user experience. You will play a key role in designing and developing a cutting-edge browser application, with a focus on high-quality code, scalability, and seamless user experiences. ## Responsibilities - Design and develop advanced mobile applications (Android/iOS) with a focus on usability, performance, and scalability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features - Build and maintain robust, reusable, and efficient codebases - Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring optimal performance across devices and OS versions - Architect and implement scalable and performant software solutions - Ensure application stability, responsiveness, and high-quality user experience - Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards - Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency ## Requirements - Strong experience in Android and/or iOS app development, with a proven portfolio of shipped applications - Proficiency in: Android: Java, Kotlin and/or iOS: Swift, Objective-C - Solid understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and memory management - Experience building intuitive, high-quality user interfaces and handling UI state management - Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and platform-specific guidelines - Experience working with APIs, backend integrations, and data handling - Familiarity with version control systems like Git - Ability to work effectively in agile, fast-paced environments - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ## Nice to have - Experience working on browser-based applications, WebView, or rendering engines - Exposure to ad tech, monetization, or performance-focused products - Experience with cross-platform performance optimization ## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 3+ years of professional experience in mobile development - Proven track record of delivering high-quality applications with strong performance and user experience - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
