## About the Role CTO, Agentic Intelligence Platform (SCARCE Orchestra) ## The Mission We are building the central nervous system for tokenized ultra-luxury real estate. SCARCE Labs is creating the world's most advanced multi-agent AI orchestration layer for real-world asset tokenization and intelligent portfolio management — the SCARCE Orchestra. Our platform turns scarcity into scalable, liquid, yield-bearing intelligence. Specialized agents handle investor onboarding, real-time compliance, dynamic yield optimization, risk intelligence, cross-fund synchronization, and scarcity scoring — all working in perfect harmony under a unified objective. This is not another LLM wrapper. This is production-grade agentic infrastructure with shared memory, tool-use, human-in-the-loop escalation, regulatory-grade audit trails, and deep integration with on-chain systems (ERC-1400/3643, tZERO, Securitize). We are defining a new category: Agentic Intelligence Platforms for tokenized real assets. ## What You'll Own - Multi-Agent Orchestration Architecture — Design and evolve the shared memory layer, agent coordination protocols, conflict resolution, and global objective optimization that make the Orchestra function as a single, self-improving intelligence system - Production Agentic Systems — Build and scale 8+ specialized agents (Onboarding, Compliance, Yield Optimization, Risk Intelligence, Portfolio Optimization, Scarcity Index™, Intelligent Intake, and more) with full auditability and human-in-the-loop controls - On-Chain + AI Integration — Ensure seamless, secure integration between agentic intelligence and live on-chain NAV, ERC-1400/3643 token mechanics, USDC yield distribution, and secondary trading - Security & Compliance Moat — Own enterprise-grade security architecture (zero-knowledge proofs, secure multi-party computation, HSM integration, agent-level sandboxing, continuous threat detection) - Domain-Specific Intelligence — Lead fine-tuning and continuous learning systems on ultra-luxury real estate behavior, scarcity economics, and tokenized securities dynamics - Team & Culture — Build and mentor a world-class team of agentic engineers, AI infrastructure specialists, and on-chain systems experts ## Who We're Looking For - Deep agentic AI + production systems leader — You have built and scaled multi-agent or orchestration systems in production (not just prototypes). Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex is table stakes; you think beyond frameworks to custom coordination, memory, and conflict resolution layers. - Strong background in on-chain systems (Ethereum, ERC-1400/3643, tZERO/Securitize, or similar institutional tokenization stacks) - Proven ability to deliver regulatory-grade, auditable AI systems in finance or highly regulated industries - Experience with zero-knowledge, MPC, or advanced privacy-preserving computation is a major advantage - Exceptional architect who can balance rapid iteration with long-term defensibility (proprietary data moat, domain models, network effects) - Bonus: Background in real estate tech, private markets, quant finance, or high-stakes multi-agent systems (robotics, autonomous systems, large-scale trading) You are obsessed with elegance, precision, and reliability.
