## About the role We're building BonPatch into a must-follow wellness brand in the US, and we're looking for someone to own social from day one. This is not a traditional social media role. You will lead content, growth, and creative direction across TikTok and Instagram. You'll be responsible for turning BonPatch into a culturally relevant, scroll-stopping brand. ## Responsibilities - Own and grow BonPatch TikTok + Instagram - Create and post daily content (Reels, TikTok, Stories) - Shoot and edit content (iPhone is fine, taste is everything) - Develop content series (morning routines, wellness habits, "patch diaries") - Identify and act on trends quickly - Manage and brief UGC creators (5–10 at a time) - Build a strong, consistent visual identity - Engage with the community (comments, DMs) ## Requirements - NYC-based and deeply immersed in TikTok culture - Have grown your own account or a brand account - Strong visual taste and instinct for what works - Fast, creative, and proactive - Comfortable being on camera or directing others ## Nice to have - Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle - Experience working with creators or influencers ## What we offer This is a high-ownership role with real creative freedom, ideal for someone who wants to build a brand, not just manage one.
