Cop&Drop is a culture-first marketplace for homegrown Indian brands. We're looking for a Growth Intern who understands content, consumer behavior, and what makes people click, save, and buy.
## Responsibilities
- Create and test content across Instagram (reels, posts, stories)
- Write hooks, captions, and scripts that drive engagement
- Run small growth experiments and track performance
- Analyze data to identify what's working (and scale it)
- Reach out to creators/brands for collaborations
- Support in improving website and conversion funnel
## Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instagram and trends
- Good writing skills (Hindi + English is a plus)
- Basic understanding of data/analytics
- Fast execution and willingness to experiment
- Interest in Indian culture, brands, and storytelling
