Tech Lead Manager Full Stack

## About the role We're looking for a Tech Lead Manager, Full Stack to lead a core engineering team building customer-facing product experiences across the frontend, backend, APIs, and data systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying hands-on in code while also mentoring engineers, setting technical direction, and helping build a strong engineering culture. ## Responsibilities - Own full-stack feature delivery across React, TypeScript, backend services, APIs, and data pipelines - Design and scale distributed backend systems and data-heavy workflows - Lead architecture discussions and set engineering standards - Stay hands-on with coding, code reviews, performance improvements, and system design - Manage, mentor, and grow a team of engineers - Partner closely with Product and Design to turn product goals into clear technical plans ## Requirements - 7+ years of software engineering experience - Strong full-stack background across modern frontend and backend systems - 2+ years of tech lead or engineering management experience - Strong TypeScript/JavaScript experience - Experience with backend languages such as Python, Ruby, or Node.js - Experience with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Kubernetes, cloud-native systems, microservices, and CI/CD - Strong communication skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Early-stage startup experience is a plus ## Nice to have - React Native experience - Redis, Apache Pinot, or real-time analytics infrastructure - AI/ML systems or data pipeline orchestration experience - Experience scaling teams in a fast-growing startup ## What we offer This is a high-impact opportunity to combine technical ownership, people leadership, and product impact in a fast-moving environment.
