As our user base grows, we are expanding our platform to include more advanced text processing and document analytics features, and we need a seasoned engineering leader to help us get there. ## About the role We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives in an autonomous, high-impact startup environment. You won't just be closing Jira tickets; you will be making core architectural decisions, optimizing our infrastructure to handle massive volumes of text data, and building scalable features from the database all the way to the frontend UI. If you love writing clean code, taking ownership of products from 0 to 1, and seeing your work instantly impact thousands of daily users, this is the place for you. ## Responsibilities - End-to-End Ownership: Architect, build, and deploy new features across the entire stack (frontend, backend, and database). - Performance Optimization: Ensure our text-processing algorithms run lightning-fast, even for users pasting hundreds of pages of text. - Architecture & Scaling: Design scalable systems capable of handling our growing daily active user base without breaking a sweat. - Code Quality: Set the standard for engineering practices, write automated tests, and conduct code reviews. - Product Strategy: Work directly with the founders to shape the product roadmap and translate user feedback into technical solutions. ## Requirements - Experience: 2+ years of professional full stack development experience in a production environment. - System Design: A proven track record of building scalable web applications and RESTful APIs from scratch. - Startup DNA: You are comfortable with ambiguity, move fast, and care deeply about the user experience. ## Nice to have - Experience with text processing, NLP (Natural Language Processing), or building SEO-related tools. - A strong eye for UX/UI design principles.
