Mobile Application Engineer

## About the Role - Own app stability by proactively identifying and fixing crashes and performance bottlenecks - Ensure compatibility with latest OS updates (Android/iOS) and evolving store requirements - Monitor real user issues using analytics, logs, and crash reporting tools - Continuously improve app responsiveness, load times, and overall reliability ## Responsibilities ### Shipping & Iterations - Rapidly ship product iterations with a strong focus on improving UI/UX flows - Collaborate closely with backend teams for seamless API integrations and data handling - Support feature rollouts, experiments, and continuous product improvements - Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced startup environment ### Production Ownership - Take full responsibility for production apps—debug and resolve live issues quickly - Ensure smooth, reliable app releases with minimal downtime or disruption - Handle app store submissions and proactively prevent rejections - Maintain release pipelines and version control discipline ## Requirements ### Technical Skills Expected - Strong experience in Flutter or React Native - Hands-on experience with API integration (REST/GraphQL) for scalable apps like Chordz - Deep understanding of app lifecycle, state management, and performance optimization - Strong debugging skills (crash analysis, memory leaks, ANRs, etc.) - Proficiency in Git-based workflows and collaborative development
