We have partnered with a European service provider, and our newest services recently launched.
We are looking for multiple talented C#/Blazor Software Engineers to join our global development team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). You will help design and ship real products: dashboards, customer-facing portals, and internal tools that solve genuine, complex problems for users around the world. You will collaborate directly with US and international teams, influence architecture decisions, and watch your work reach real users — not just demos.

## Why Join Us?
- Ground-floor equity in a startup with real revenue trajectory and a growing partner network. As milestones and revenue grow, so does the path to cash compensation and full-time roles.
- Ship code that reaches users. Work on production features across IoT data visualization, customer web portals, and operational tooling — a diverse and exciting mix, week over week.
- Full creative ownership. You are not a ticket-taker here. Design your own solutions, push your ideas, and grow your role as you see fit.
- Global teams, real problems. Collaborate with engineers and partners across the US and Europe. Influence how products work at scale.
- ~20 hours/week, fully remote, flexible schedule.

- Collaborate in sprint cycles with developers, QA, and DevOps to ship reliable, well-tested software.
- Participate in architecture and code-review discussions — your voice matters on this team.
- Follow CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions and contribute to deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor across the stack to ensure performance and scalability.
