## About the role We are looking for an AI Video Specialist to build high-energy, short-form ads from the ground up. You won't just be cutting footage; you'll be generating it. Prior experience with Google Flow, Veo, Nano Banana or other AI video generation tools is mandatory. *NOTE: This is strictly for people comfortable generating AI videos under 24 hours, if you are not one of them, please don't apply.* ## Key Responsibilities - Generate & Edit: End-to-end production of 30-120s ads using Veo, Grok AI, Heygen, Google Flow for visuals. - Audio Mastery: High-quality voice synthesis and emotive cloning via Eleven Labs. - Final Assembly: Polishing edits in Premiere Pro or CapCut with dynamic captions, transitions, and high-retention hooks. - Consistency: Maintaining visual and character stability across multiple AI-generated scenes. - Iteration: Rapidly creating variations of winning hooks to scale ad performance. ## Technical Requirements - AI Stack: Expert-level prompting in Flow, Veo, Grok AI, Nano Banana, and Eleven Labs. - Video Tools: Proficiency in Premiere Pro and CapCut. - Direct Response: Proven ability to edit for engagement and CTR (not just "vibes"). - Problem Solving: Skill in fixing AI "glitches" through inpainting or smart editing. ## How to Apply Reach out to us at [email protected] with your best work.
