AI Software Engineer

## About the role We are an early-stage, AI-native startup in the EdTech space, founded by Top Educator in this space. We build from first principles to reimagine how health claims are handled in India. We are building a AI-native Product in EdTech space to solve a major painpoint for UPSC aspirants. We are seeking an early engineer and "builder" who thrives in ambiguity and owns problems end-to-end. Ideal for candidates with 1–4 years of experience, this role involves working at the intersection of engineering, product, and AI. You will collaborate directly with founders to shape our product and culture from the ground up. ## Responsibilities - Design & Scale: Build backend systems, APIs, and AI-driven workflows. - End-to-End Ownership: Lead features from ideation to production deployment. - Technical Strategy: Contribute to system architecture, data models, and infrastructure. - Forward Deployment: Translate customer needs into technical solutions and integrate them in real-world environments. ## Requirements - 1-4 years of experience in backend development (APIs, databases, system design). - Problem Solvers: Strong fundamentals, a bias for action, and the ability to work across the stack. - Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively with non-engineering stakeholders. ## Nice to have - In-office or Remote - Culture: Outcome-driven, lean, and flexible with work timings. ## What we offer - Competitive salary - High visibility and significant upside as an early team member. - Rapid career growth within the company. ## About the company We are an early-stage, AI-native startup in the EdTech space, founded by Top Educator in this space.
