Responsibilities
Support end-to-end release lifecycle management including planning, validation, approvals, and deployment governance; Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sprint and release objectives; Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues with proactive escalation and mitigation; Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming; Ensure high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to Definition of Ready and Definition of Done; Coordinate production releases and support incident triage, resolution tracking, and post-incident reviews; Prepare weekly and monthly governance reports covering delivery status, risks, and key metrics; Drive adherence to SDLC standards, audit requirements, and internal compliance processes
