Backend Developer

## About the role We are looking for a Backend Developer with 3–4 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, a deep understanding of backend architecture, and experience working with APIs and databases. ## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs - Build efficient, reusable, and reliable server-side logic - Integrate third-party services and APIs - Optimize application performance and scalability - Manage and maintain databases and data storage solutions - Ensure security, data protection, and system integrity - Collaborate with frontend developers and other teams for seamless integration - Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application ## Requirements - 3–4 years of experience in backend development - Strong proficiency in languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar - Experience with frameworks like Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture - Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB - Familiarity with version control tools like Git - Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices ## Nice to have - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Understanding of caching systems like Redis
