Full Stack Intern

## About the role We are looking for a Full Stack Intern at UXHack. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing mock prototypes to life, leveraging the latest in Next.js and GenAI to build high-performance, logically-bound web applications. ## Responsibilities - Converting mock prototypes (coded in Next.js) into functionality. - Focusing on logical binding using Next.js Server Components and API routes. - Shipping code while identifying bottlenecks and optimizing performance where necessary. - Working closely with UXHack founders on this project. ## Requirements - **Tech Stack**: Exposure to Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, and Prisma (Schema management). - **Ecosystem**: Good understanding of how to install packages and how to integrate APIs, and version control via Git. - **AI-First Workflow**: Comfortable leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate development and bridge the gap between design and logic. - **Execution**: A fast mover who prioritizes shipping and is comfortable with iterative development. - **Problem Solver**: Inquisitive and able to debug complex issues independently or via AI assistance. - **Quality Conscious**: Able to identify and refactor inefficient code; an understanding of UI UX is a significant plus but not mandatory. - **Communication**: Comfortable with asynchronous workflows and documentation. ## Process - **Portfolio**: Provide links to your GitHub or live project samples that showcase your ability to handle logic and state management. - **Interview**: Technical discussion for shortlisted candidates. - **Final Round**: Live coding/logic task via Zoom (max 20-30 mins). ## What we offer - **Duration**: 3 months - **Commercials**: ₹10-15k/month - **Location**: Remote - **Part-time/Full-time**: Flexible, based on output and availability - **Starts**: Immediately ## About the company We are a completely remote startup and operate asynchronously.
