The role ⚡
📍 London (Hybrid) | 🤝 3 days in the office | 💰 Competitive Salary + Benefits
As our People Operations Manager, you will not just be managing standard HR cycles. Instead, you will be the architect of our future operational efficiency. During this 12-month FTC, you will lead, coach, and enable a talented People Ops team while actively driving our transition into AI-driven workflows and automation. This is a role for a self-starter who loves clean data, seamless processes, and empowering people to do their best work.
• Coach and scale the People Ops team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement
• Lay the foundations for future AI platforms. You will identify opportunities to streamline the employee lifecycle, automate data reporting, and use AI tools to solve real business challenges
• Oversee the operational delivery of annual performance and reward cycles, benefits renewals, and vendor management
• Supervise the administration of employee share plans and ensure flawless execution of regulatory processes, including Right to Work checks, contractor management, and leave types

• Experience managing and coaching a People Operations function to high performance
• A track record of delivering automated, pragmatic solutions and an eagerness to adopt and drive AI tools
• Advanced Excel skills and a highly analytical approach to data management and reporting
• The ability to navigate ambiguity, balance conflicting demands, and maintain a customer focus
• Able to proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline your daily tasks and improve your personal productivity
• Confident using approved AI tools safely and effectively to enhance your output and find a better way of working
