We specialize in predictive analytics, optimization, and full-stack AI integration using cutting-edge technologies including LLMs. ## About the role We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong expertise in LLMs and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will work on real-world industrial use cases involving NLP, automation, and decision intelligence. ## Key Responsibilities - Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications - Design and implement LLM-powered solutions (chatbots, copilots, document intelligence, etc.) - Work on fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation of LLMs - Build end-to-end data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and modeling - Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems - Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model optimization - Monitor model performance and ensure scalability and reliability - Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions. ## Required Skills & Experience - 2–5 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning - Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.) - Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) - Experience in prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning - Knowledge of NLP techniques (tokenization, embeddings, transformers) - Familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face - Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) - Understanding of API integration and model deployment. ## Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related quantitative fields - Experience working on GenAI-based products or solutions - Knowledge of LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar frameworks - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps pipelines - Background in industrial domains (Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Defence), if any. ## What We're Looking For - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking - Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment - Good communication and collaboration skills - Passion for building real-world AI applications - Strong interpersonal skill with a flexible and adaptive approach. ## Why Join Neuralix.ai? - Work on cutting-edge LLM and AI solutions - Opportunity to solve complex industrial problems - High ownership and fast career growth - Collaborative, innovation-driven team.
