## About the role We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can build and ship systems that work in real-world enterprise environments. This is not a role focused on isolated feature development or surface-level UI work. It is about building systems that operate reliably in complex, high-pressure conditions. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end products that interact with fragmented systems and evolving workflows. The focus is on building software that works where it is hardest to deploy. ## What you will work on - You will design and build full stack systems spanning frontend, backend, and integrations. This includes building interfaces for operational workflows, backend services that orchestrate logic, and systems that connect across multiple tools and data sources. - You will work in environments where requirements are unclear, systems are inconsistent, and edge cases are the norm. The goal is to bring structure, reliability, and speed to these environments. ## What we are looking for - 2 to 6 years of experience in full stack or backend-heavy engineering roles - Strong frontend skills (React or similar frameworks) - Strong backend experience (Node.js, Python, or equivalent) - Experience working with APIs, databases, and system integrations - Ability to handle ambiguity and build without complete specifications - Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail - High ownership and bias for execution ## What matters most We are looking for builders who can operate in ambiguity and deliver systems that actually work in production. You should be comfortable taking ownership of a problem end-to-end — from understanding requirements to shipping and iterating in real environments. This is not about writing perfect code in isolation; it is about building systems that deliver outcomes.
