Responsibilities
Lead structural delivery across the high-rise tower and associated residential building, Manage formwork, reinforcement, concrete, post-tensioning, structural steel and precast, Plan and drive floor cycles, sequencing, productivity and programme, Coordinate structural subcontractors, labour, plant, materials and tower crane operations, Manage high-rise logistics and ensure resources are planned ahead of programme, Review drawings, specifications and methodologies for constructability and sequencing, Identify and resolve structural and trade interface issues before they impact delivery, Manage structural QA, ITPs, inspections, hold points and concrete pours, Monitor subcontractor performance and take corrective action where required, Take ownership of structural delivery through to topping out and handover to subsequent trades
