AI Engineer (Full Stack) – Enterprise AI Platform

## About the Role We're hiring a Full Stack AI Engineer to build and scale AI capabilities across our enterprise platform. This role is focused on shipping production AI by embedding LLMs and AI agents directly into workflows customers rely on. You will design and build systems that turn models into reliable, usable product features. ## What You'll Do - Build end-to-end AI features across frontend, backend, and model integration - Design and implement AI agents for real business workflows - Develop a general-purpose agent harness for enterprise use cases - Integrate LLMs into production systems with strong reliability and guardrails - Build APIs, services, and data pipelines to support AI features - Create intuitive UI and UX for AI-driven interactions - Optimize for performance, cost, and scalability - Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship quickly ## What We're Looking For - 3 to 5 years of full stack experience - Strong experience building scalable APIs and production systems - Proficiency with modern development technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, Bun, and React - Familiarity with additional languages such as Java or Python is a plus ## AI Experience - Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic - Experience building AI agents or multi-step LLM workflows - Familiarity with agent frameworks or harnesses such as OpenAI ADK, Claude ADK, or similar - Strong understanding of prompting, tool use, and structured outputs - Experience designing reliable agent behavior including iteration, retries, and guardrails - Familiarity with Model Context Protocol or similar tool integration patterns - Experience with RAG or retrieval-based systems ## Why Join - Build real production AI systems, not demos - High ownership and end-to-end impact - Work on meaningful, data-rich problems - Execution-focused team with minimal hype
