## About the role We are looking for a React Native TV Developer to build and optimize applications for Android TV and large-screen devices. You will work on developing a high-performance OTT application, focusing on smooth navigation, video playback, and responsive UI tailored for TV platforms. This role is ideal for someone interested in media applications, TV UX, and performance-driven development. ## Responsibilities - Develop and maintain React Native applications for Android TV - Build TV-optimized UI components and layouts - Implement DPAD-based navigation and focus handling - Integrate backend APIs and manage data flow - Work on video playback and streaming integrations - Optimize performance for large-screen devices - Debug and fix UI lag, crashes, and navigation issues - Collaborate with design and backend teams ## Requirements - 0–3 years of experience in React Native development - Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript - Familiarity with React Native CLI or Expo - Understanding of REST APIs and JSON handling - Basic knowledge of Git workflows - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills ## Nice to have - Experience with React Native TV or Android TV apps - Understanding of DPAD navigation and focus management - Exposure to video streaming (HLS, DASH) - Knowledge of ExoPlayer or media playback systems - Interest in OTT or media applications ## What we offer - Work on a real-world OTT + social platform - Hands-on experience building TV applications - Opportunity to solve complex UI and performance challenges - Fast-paced learning environment with ownership
