## About the Role TheFutureSociety LLC operates three brands: * The Tarot Ship (280K+ YouTube subscribers) * Great Awakener (a premium all-livestream membership platform for astrology, tarot, and consciousness education) * MAX (an AI-powered astrology platform) The Founder — Jimmy Im, psychic astrologer, former EVP of Global PR, and award-winning journalist — delivers live predictions, world event analysis, and deep dives weekly to a global membership community. This role is the connective tissue between what's happening in the world and what Jimmy delivers on air. You are part researcher, part script producer, part writer/editor, and part brand voice steward. You find receipts, build briefs, write compelling newsletters, and ensure all public-facing content connects with our audience and members. ## What You'll Own ### Research & Script Production * Monitor social media (X, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and set up Google Alerts to track world events, geopolitics, technology, and culture * Identify stories relevant to our audience * Cross-reference news with Jimmy's predictions (via internal searchable system) * Identify "receipts" — real-world confirmations of past predictions — and surface them for social content * Deliver bullet-point + teleprompter-ready briefings for weekly shows * Flag viral livestream moments in real time * Maintain predictions timeline ### Newsletters (4 per week — 2 member, 2 non-member) * Wednesday and Sunday, two audiences each * Write short, punchy recaps + upcoming schedule + platform updates * Craft subject lines that drive opens and retention * Maintain tone: insider, high-value, not disposable * Publish via Kit/Beehiiv * Track open rates and CTR ### Community & Content * Weekly YouTube Community post (Sunday) * 3–4 Great Awakener forum posts per week * Engage in YouTube comments * Write/edit sensitive member communications * Flag member issues (audio, content, complaints) to the right team ### Copy & Brand Voice * Website, campaign, and announcement copy (in Jimmy's voice) * Social media captions * Slide decks via Gamma (with AI support) * Final edit on all public-facing copy ### Livestream Support * Attend all scheduled shows (+ ~20 min pre-show) * Moderate chat and surface questions * Track pacing during live sessions * Manage StreamYard + visual assets * Publish post-show with SEO titles, descriptions, timestamps, and thumbnail direction ## The Infrastructure Is Already Built You will plug into an existing system, including: * Searchable internal dashboard of scripts + predictions * Google Alerts for key topics * Predictions timeline * Opus Clips, StreamYard, Descript * Newsletter, post, and slide templates * Brand voice guide * Archive of past livestreams Your job: make it sharper, faster, and more consistent. ## You Are * A journalist, researcher, or editorial professional with 5+ years experience * Experienced in investigative research, broadcast scripting, ghostwriting, or editing * Deeply curious about world events, spirituality, astrology, and emerging narratives * Comfortable in the metaphysical space (astrology, tarot, psychic predictions) * Fluent with AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Gamma, Opus Clips * A strong, adaptable writer across formats * Reliable, fast, and self-directed ## Nice to Have * Livestream production or moderation experience * Familiarity with alternative media ecosystems (X, YouTube, independent creators) * Personal interest in astrology, tarot, or consciousness work * Experience with Kit/Beehiiv, StreamYard, Slack, Opus Clips, Gamma ## Hours & Compensation * ~20 hours/week * $3,500/month * Independent contractor (path to full-time) * Remote — US, UK, Europe preferred (EST overlap required for Sunday livestreams) ## How to Apply Send your resume + a brief note (under 200 words) answering: * What relevant research, editorial, or broadcast work have you done? * One prediction, story, or pattern you tracked and turned into content — what happened? * How do you use AI tools in your workflow? * What tools do you use daily?
