We are sleek, secure, and building the future of automated finance. ## About the Role As our AI Agent Builder, you aren't just writing code; you are the master orchestrator of our digital workforce. You will work directly with our Founding Engineer to build an "AI-first" infrastructure. We are looking for a curious AI-first builder who is obsessed with the future of work. Ideally, you've spent your free time discovering how to offload your own manual workloads to AI agents and are eager to apply those experiments to a startup team environment with a real-life finance product. During this 3+ month internship, you will help us transition towards a 24/7 ecosystem of intelligent agents that automate finance processes for our users whilst simultaneously optimizing our team's output efficiency. ## Responsibilities - Agent Orchestration: Build and manage a "team" of AI agents (using frameworks like OpenClaw) to handle complex backend workloads around the clock. - System Architecture: Design high-level workflows for LLM communication, handling data streams from mobile clients to backend servers, and optimizing chatbot responsiveness. - Task Offloading: Identify manual engineering or operational bottlenecks and build autonomous agent solutions to solve them. - Cloud & Version Control: Manage deployments and collaboration through GitHub, ensuring clean branching and versioning of our AI components. - Future-Proofing: Help design the system architecture for upcoming AI components, including third-party API integrations and data streaming. ## Requirements - The AI-First Builder: You prioritize AI agents over traditional manual coding. You've likely built your own agents and are interested in 10x-ing output through automation, or at least are curious to find out how to do that. - Systems Thinker: You understand the "big picture." You know what a database, backend server, and frontend application do, and how they should talk to each other. - The Architect's Mindset: Even if you don't write every line of code, you can design how data flows from an LLM to a user's phone. - Scrappy & Innovative: You view technical constraints as a creative challenge.
