## About Docket Docket is the Agentic Marketing platform for B2B revenue teams. Our AI Marketing Agent engages website visitors in real conversations 24/7—qualifying intent, answering product questions, booking meetings, and syncing full context into CRM. We're defining a new category: Agentic Marketing—where autonomous AI agents execute meaningful marketing work under human direction and governance. ## The Role We're hiring a Video Designer to help make video a core growth lever for Docket. You'll create high-quality video assets for social, campaigns, and product storytelling—moving fast, iterating often, and packaging content for distribution. This is not a "wait for briefs" role. We want someone who can take a direction, shape it into a strong cut, and ship reliably every week. ## What You'll Own - Short-form video production: Founder clips, POV videos, product snippets, social-first edits - Product storytelling: Simple explainers, feature narratives, demo cuts optimized for clarity - Motion + packaging: Subtitles, titles, lower-thirds, transitions, basic motion systems/templates - Distribution-ready outputs: Correct formats for LinkedIn/X/YouTube Shorts, ad variants, thumbnails - Iteration: Multiple hooks, intros, and cuts based on performance feedback - Workflow: A weekly cadence that ships consistently ## What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) - Reliable weekly output (quality + speed) - 2–3 repeatable formats that can scale production - A reusable template set (subtitles, titles, transitions, brand motion basics) - Visible improvement in watch time, retention, and engagement on shipped videos ## Requirements ### Must-have - 2–5 years experience in video editing and motion - Strong portfolio showing pacing, clarity, and clean execution - Proficiency with After Effects + Premiere Pro (or equivalent tools) - Good taste for typography, rhythm, and attention hooks - Ability to work fast in a startup environment and take feedback well ### Nice-to-have - Experience editing B2B SaaS / product videos - Performance creative exposure (ad variants, hook testing) - Basic audio cleanup and color correction skills - Figma familiarity for extracting assets or lightweight design needs ## What We're Looking For (Beyond Resume) - High craft, low ego - Strong execution + ability to simplify complex ideas visually - Comfort with fast iteration and direct feedback - You care about outcomes (retention, engagement), not just "a good edit"
