Creative Associate Brand Social Media

## About the role We're looking for a Creative Associate who can help us build Savera's brand across Instagram and digital platforms through high-quality visuals, reels, and creatives. This is a hands-on execution role — ideal for someone early in their career who wants to work on a real brand and build a strong portfolio. ## Responsibilities ### Content & Creative Design - Create Instagram posts, carousels, and story creatives - Design ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram ads) - Maintain a consistent and premium visual identity for the brand ### Reels & Video Content - Edit and create engaging Instagram reels - Work with villa photos/videos to create compelling content - Experiment with trending formats and storytelling styles ### Social Media Execution - Assist in executing weekly content plans - Create content for launches, offers, and campaigns - Adapt designs quickly based on feedback ### Brand & Property Storytelling - Turn raw villa images/videos into aspirational content - Highlight experiences, not just features - Help position Savera as a premium brand ## Requirements - Basic experience with Figma / Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects - Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and visual storytelling - Interest in Instagram content, reels, and social media trends - Ability to execute quickly and iterate based on feedback - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup ## Nice to have - Experience editing reels or short-form videos - Understanding of branding or UI/UX - Prior work with social media pages or content creation ## What we offer - Work directly with founders - Build a real portfolio with a fast-growing brand - Exposure to marketing, branding, and business growth - Opportunity to grow into a full-time marketing/branding role ## About the company Savera Stays is a fast-growing short-term rental brand managing premium and luxury villas across Goa.
